White Label Series

White Label Series was the shortest thread in the Handmade Birds fabric, consisting of just two very special releases:

White Ring "Hey Hey, My My + Felt U"

Crooked Necks "Something Must Break"

Both released in 2011, the idea behind White Label Series was to do limited run vinyl releases in the spirit of the white label DJ aesthetic, where both labels and jackets of the releases would be blank and also present a more affordable manufacturing process as well as a more affordable purchase. Crooked Necks "Something Must Break" was a collection of Joy Division covers, edition of 250 on black vinyl in black blank jackets with a CN sticker on it. White Ring was an edition of 500, black vinyl in blank white jacket with a sticker on the front which was a photo of a shrine to Kurt Cobain taken by Kendra Malia.
