The Black Alchemy Series is the final installment in the Critical Fabric line. It is a collection of high quality artifacts- 8 tapes and 1 2xCD

Critical new work from the following artists who are pioneers of their craft:

Straight Panic, Nudeconsumer, Iugula Thor, Total Sweetheart, Kevin Drumm, Jonathan Hischke, Fleshlicker, Princess Army Wedding Combat, Sissy Spacek.

7 of the 8 tapes were mastered by Foul Prey and all were professionally duplicated on high quality FerroMaster tape, with aesthetic oversight and design by Joe Beres.  All tapes w/ professionally printed J-Card and housed in a series-branded O-Card, then placed in a black velvet bag with brass and nickel tokens, then tagged and numbered. Sissy Spacek's 2xCD masterwork "Bolero Shield" features appearances by collaborators Phil Blankenship (The Cherry Point), Bill Nace, Drew Daniel, and M.C. Schmidt (Matmos) with a 28 page color offset booklet.
